Challenge
Serve many customer organisations from one product, with each customer's data kept strictly separate and the platform able to grow without re-architecture.
What we did
Owned the whole lifecycle: system architecture, tenant-isolated data model in PostgreSQL, a FastAPI service layer, testing, deployment and production handover.
Outcome
A single deployment serving every tenant, with clean isolation and a codebase built to take on new customers and features.

AI automation

Agentic workflows that replace manual data entry.

Challenge
Staff were extracting information from unstructured sources and re-keying it into web forms by hand — slow, repetitive and error-prone.
What we did
Built backend automation in which LLM-driven agents extract structured data, validate it against a schema, and complete forms through Playwright — every step traced, every failure retried or flagged for review.
Outcome
Repetitive processing moved into an automated, auditable pipeline that the team supervises instead of performs.
